Tbk (“the Company”) is
an export-oriented fishery
company involved in the
catching, packaging,
marketing, and distributing
a wide variety of quality
fishes.
Incorporated in Jakarta in
1989, the Company today
owns and operates a
modern fleet of fishing
vessels. Head office of the
Company is based in Jakarta
and is supported by branch
offices located in Merauke
and Fak – fak, Irian jaya.
The offices are equipped
with computerized office
equipment and communication
system as well as managed by
well-trained and experienced
employees in which head
office and branch offices
control and coordinate the
Company’s fish-catching
operations of the vessels.
The Company is a subsidiary
of the well-established
KompaK group, which is
engaged in investment
services, manufacturing,
mining, trading, and
fisheries.
1990

fishing operations in
the Arafura Sea with two
vessels under
cooperation with a
foreign partner.

- Acquired
fourteen 300-GRT
reconditioned fishing
vessels from China
- Established
branch office in Merauke,
